Theta Healing with Sacred Activations & Reiki

This is where the healing gets real.

People come to me when the usual tools stop working—when therapy plateaus, when the manifesting affirmations start sounding like gaslighting, and when spiritual fluff doesn’t cut through the existential static. My work is a mix of deep talk therapy (45 min to an hour) followed by the actual healing proper.

My primary method is ThetaHealing. It lets me access the theta brainwave state to shift beliefs buried in the subconscious. While a lot of clients come in expecting dramatic life upgrades—love, success, abundance—I’ve come to understand that my real soul work isn’t about shiny results. It’s about awareness and what we can do with it.

Some clients see me once or twice a year, like an emotional check-up. Others need regular monthly or weekly sessions – depending on where they are in their journey.

As an add on, I also look at the natal chart for more information – although this won’t be the primary focus of the session.

Preparing for a Session

• Choose one or two topics that are on your mind the most.
• Have a notebook and pen ready (or anything suitable for you) for you to take down notes.
• Make sure you have 1.5 hours of uninterrupted time in a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax.
• Have a good meal before the session (you will get hungry).
• Prepare a warm glass of water or hot tea for the session itself.
• All sessions are confidential.

Guidelines

• Please pay any time before the session and provide proof of payment.

• Be respectful and don’t be late. I will only wait a maximum of 15 minutes before requesting a late fee. 

• And lastly, please understand that this is my job and as an empath, I have to set boundaries. Be considerate of my personal time and don’t message or call about your situation outside of our session proper. Please set an appointment and I can accept emergency cases when possible.
