Who is Brit?

It is uncanny that at 18, I chose the name Brit Mikagami. It would be decades before I realized how that name would reflect the work I’d eventually fall into—and the person I’m still becoming.

I grew up a sensitive child, walking on eggshells as I instinctively drew people in, finding comfort in my distant reverie. Over the years, as I moved through the lunar phases of my life, I, too, have met the many faces of Brit. Once a magnet to the “Love & Light” industry, I now stand in a place entirely my own—still finding my ground.

I’m a lone wolf who enjoys her own company immensely. The circle I keep is small and sacred, and working one-on-one with clients, balances everything perfectly.

I’m that Gen-X raised Millennial who hasn’t changed her taste in film or music, and still uses 90s slang. A relic, really.

I spend my time studying astrology, feeding a growing flock of wild pigeons, wriggling like an octopus and acting like a banshee.

Writer. Dreamer. Romantic.
But I also cut, engrave, and bewail.

Anti-guru. 100% human—with a heavy Neptunian flair.
